He came into full time pastoral ministry in the RCCG in 1993 after working as full time missionary for three years. He has served as parish pastor in Kaduna, Bauchi, Yola, Lagos and Germany before coming to the UK in 2000. His main thrust in ministry is to give men and women the resources and tools they need to succeed in life and fulfil the reason for which they were created.
As a writer and author pastor Musa Bako has published six books among which are ‘I am who God says I am’, ‘everybody needs somebody’, ‘overcoming discouragement’, and a ministry handbook ‘Lord I’m Available you can use me’. Musa Bako is also an executive coach and mentor and has a Masters degree in coaching and Mentoring from Hallam University Sheffield and an Advance Diploma in Ministry from Christ Redeemers College London UK. Diploma in Theology from The Redeemed Christian Bible College, Lagos. Diploma in Cross Cultural Missions from Agape School of Missions Jos. Diploma in Public and Private Law, Katsina Polytechnic, Kastina Nigeria. CPCAB level 3 certificate in counselling, London. Advanced diploma in Christian ministry from Christ Redeemers college, London. Masters in theology from Crossroads Trinity Bible college and theology, Manchester, UK. He was awarded an honorary doctor of theology degree from Crossroads Theological Seminary of Tallahassee Florida, USA.
Pastors Musa is married to Pastor Eunice Meque Bako and together they are blessed with three children: Dorcas, Melissa, and Jethro.
