Yan is currently serving the national operations team for YWAM and sitting on 3 YWAM boards. Yan also Leads a team focusing on training and equipping people for transformation and multiplication of churches and communities (through running discipleship, evangelism and small group training). He assists in convening YWAM England’s small team network, and the European Evangelism circle. He is an electrical/electronics engineer by trade – working for the British Ministry of Defence (MOD) before joining YWAM 30 years ago. As an evangelist, he has participated in various events/ projects around the world working in over 60 nations – including the setup and oversight of the London 2012 Olympic outreach programme which launched new teams across the UK as a result of this work.
Yan loves reaching people. His involvement with mentoring people from different organisations, churches and local businessmen spans 20 years. Bonus point: Yan is known for using visual aids when preaching or storytelling!
